Only the freshest quahogs from reputable local fishermen are chosen to ensure the quahogs are harvested from approved certified fishing areas. These fresh select quahogs are cooked, ground and then hand stuffed into shells with a special combination of sauteed vegetables, spices and breading. (Appx 2.5" to 3" in size)
