|   Our HistoryLocated in Cape Cod; our processing plant stores lobster in darkened seawater tanks to simulate the lobster’s natural environment. The tanks are chilled to a constant 38 degrees. This manner of storing helps keep the lobster strong and healthy and ensures abundant supplies year-round, even during the off season.
