Recipe: Grilled Shrimp3/4 to 1 lb peeled and cleaned raw shrimp
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lemon, juiced
Thread shrimp onto kebab skewers for easy handling. Place over hot coal and baste with lemon/butter mixture. Cook until pink, about 5 minutes. Serve with sauce.
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. olive oil
Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over shrimp and serve!
